Healing through Grief

 #GRIEF #elisabethkublerrossfoundation  #HealingthroughGrief       Yesterday the first session of education series" Healing through Grief" conducted by Elisabeth Kubler Ross Foundation has imbued me to pen my reflection and thought . In today's morning I have a conversation with the security guard of our complex who has been passing through the process of Grief for the last two years losing his wife who fought six years having undergone dialysis. I feel myself identical in some respects with the person. He is trying to cope with the grief. He has passed through Anticipatory Grief for six years  which is the " beginning of the end" in our minds."
