#Grief is a normal and natural response to loss, may be the loss of a loved one, may be the loss of dignity, relationship, loss of pet, loss of employment and so on. I myself try to follow #healthygrieving not indulging in to be entangled by #unhealthygrieving , still sometimes specially in the blank evening ( no webinar, no online class) I yearn for her presence and what I do you know -- either I take a novel or story book and start concentrating in the story, or listen to music, the two were liked by my heart( wife) who is present in absence. In such a manner I transform negative unhealthy grieving to a positive healthy grieving.
