Healthy Grieving

#Grief is a normal and natural response to loss, may be the loss of a loved one, may be the loss of dignity, relationship, loss of pet, loss of employment and so on.
I myself try to follow #healthygrieving not indulging in to be entangled by #unhealthygrieving , still sometimes specially in the blank evening ( no webinar, no online class) I yearn for her presence and what I do you know -- either I take a novel or story book and start concentrating in the story, or listen to music, the two were liked by my heart( wife) who is present in absence. In such a manner I transform negative unhealthy grieving to a positive healthy grieving. Today after the webinar and dinner, I am urged to pen my feelings which is the proper way of healing, sharing to you all, my friends.#Sharing_is_healing. Grieving is neither forgetting, nor drowning in the pool of tears. Grieving is the process of healing pain , of course, unique to every individual how to cope with. So I opine on my personal experience that grieving is a learning how to navigate yourself to the trajectory of new life of #living_well_as_it_comes.

During her ongoing chemotherapy she frequently dreamt that she was drowning in the river. Oneday she dreamt that she was saved by a small boy from drowning. When she shared I opined that treatment might be responding , a message of recovery. It comforted her, may be the little boy , representative of God. 2. Oneday sh...
